Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Purpose To ensure efficient scheduling, fair treatment of clients and staff, and availability of services for others, Cregger Esthetics maintains the following cancellation and rescheduling policy. Appointments & Deposits Appointments should be booked by phone, text, email, or online booking. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule at no charge if done at least 48 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling inside the 48-hour window may incur a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service price. Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment: no fee; deposit (if any) is credited toward future service. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment: fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Same-day cancellations: fee equals 50% of the scheduled service price. No-Shows & Late Arrivals No-show (missed appointment without notice): charged 100% of the scheduled service price; future bookings may require full prepayment. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate and may shorten the service; full service price still applies. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show and charged accordingly. Refunds Service charges are non-refundable once a service has been provided. Exceptions & Emergencies We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible; exceptions may be granted at management’s discretion for illness, family emergency, or severe weather—documentation may be requested for repeated exceptions. Medical/Illness Policy If you are sick, please notify us immediately. For contagious illness, please reschedule—fees may be waived case-by-case. Group Bookings & Packages Group bookings and packaged services have specialized deposit and cancellation terms; these will be provided at booking and may require longer notice (e.g., 72 hours).
